Marvel Avengers Alliance 2 - Environment Art

A few years back, the company I was working with, Studio Voltz, had the opportunity to create the environments for Marvel Avenger Alliance 2 for iOS and Android, which was a F2P 3v3 turned based RPG being developed by Disney-owned Playdom. I created entire environments for various "arenas" in the game, including modelling, texturing, and first pass lighting. All environments had an intentional, 'comic book' style (line art, hatching, etc). I really enjoyed working on this project, not only because it was an opportunity to work on a Marvel game, a franchise I love, but also because we were given a lot of freedom to be creative with the environments! Note that some assets and effects, as well as final lighting, were added later to the arenas after we handed the art off to Playdom.
